The prices on this site include VAT at the current rate and are accurate at the beginning of each day. Occasionally a price of an item may be incorrectly quoted on the site or changed during the day. In these cases we will contact you with the correct price and offer the option to cancel the part of the order if you do not wish to continue the purchase. VAT rates are subject to change.
All outdoor sport activities are potentially hazardous and we recommend that training on how to use the safety equipment and hardware products we sell be carried out by a qualified trainer before venturing into your chosen activity.
Goods can be returned for a prompt refund or exchange if they are received back at our Returns Department within 21 days: in new condition, with the original packaging, labeling and Kountry Kit receipt. For an exchange request we will have to refund the original order and create a new order for the replacement and re charge your card. This will show as two transactions on your statement. The 21 days start from the day of dispatch. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault.
Please note all warranty returns must be clean and free from dirt and mud to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. Note: books, safety equipment, ropes are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless incorrect or defective. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery of orders to a UK address typically takes 1 - 3 working days from when the order was placed, if the item is in stock in our store.
The delivery period for sale items may be extended by 1 or 2 working days.
Delivery to Europe typically takes a minimum of 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.
We use the Post Office for Delivery Service. All packages are sent recorded mail. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with parcels requiring a signature. If there is normally no one at home, a card will be left by the carrier, and the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office. Alternatively, please supply an address that can receive the parcel on your behalf.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
